About Me

As a young boy I roamed our family farm with a single shot Savage Stevens .22 topped off with a 4 power Weaver scope. I had been instructed in the practice of safe gun handling since I was about 8 years old and knew this was a huge responsibility to be trusted with. That little .22 was deadly accurate.
By the time I was 15 I was roaming around looking for woodchucks with a scoped Remington 788 in 22-250. I couldn't count all the hours I spent roaming around totting those two rifles as a boy, but I know one thing for sure, It has left me with a deep passion for accurate rifles that burns strong to this day.

A few years later, after I graduated from a machine tool program at a technical college, I started working as a tool & die maker. It was around this time I began reloading my own centerfire cartridges. This led to me start making some of my own reloading equipment. Which eventually led to me trying my hand at re-barreling and chambering my own rifles. I was highly pleased with the results and started truing and re-barreling all of my factory actions. One thing leads to another and I started inletting and finishing aftermarket stocks and blanks for myself.

Working as a tool maker, I was taught to turn top quality precision work with the attention to detail that makes a difference in the finished product.
It would be an honor to serve you, whether that's working with you to build your next custom rifle, re-barrel and "true" your factory rifle or any other riflesmithing services I offer.
