Payment Terms: 1/2 deposit up front with the balance being due upon completion of your rifle. If you purchase an action from me for the purpose of building a custom rifle, barreled action, or just a trued action then your item will be sent to the FFL dealer of your choice. For those who send in an action, your rifle will be shipped back to you when payment has been received in full. If paying by personal check this will include the time it takes to clear my bank.

    

    Please enclose instructions, with your name and telephone number, in the box with the rifle or action and any parts that you are shipping to me; stating all work you are requesting done (i.e.. complete custom chambering, action truing, finished barrel length, Muzzle brake, etc.).

   

    It is impossible for me to know what work you want done without these instructions. Don't just send an email with build details as I may not be able to locate it by the time your rifle arrives due to email volume. If I can't determine who owns the rifle and/or what work is to be preformed it will sit untouched until you contact me.

   

    *Note* Either a Pelican style hard gun case in double cardboard sleeves or Gun Guard cardboard type box (made like the original cardboard packing box the manufacture used) is the preferred shipping boxes when shipping through USPS or UPS. I will ship your completed rifle back to you in the same box. Make sure to place work instructions in box with rifle/barreled action/action and/or parts that you are sending before shipping. Make sure that you place your name and address as well as a phone number (cell if you want a text) and email address on the work instructions. Please instruct as to whether you would prefer a phone call, an email, or text message informing you of the safe arrival of your package once I have received it.

   

    Upon completion of the work you have authorized on your rifle, I will invoice you by text or email (your choice). If you have not responded to the text or email in 3 days I will mail you a copy of the invoice. From that point I will try to contact you by the phone number you have provided and an email or text sent to you once a week for 6 weeks. In other words, a reasonable effort will be made to contact you.  Any rifle that has not been paid in full within 16 weeks of completion of the work done will be considered the property of Paragon Custom Rifles and will be sold to pay for the balance owed on the rifle. Most people are thrilled to get their rifle back and pay right away when invoiced, unfortunately this is not always the case and it only took once for me to learn my lesson. I'm not in the business of trying to make money off of confiscating rifles from my customers and every effort will be made to ensure that you are delighted with you new rifle. Once you have paid in full for the work you have requested I will notify you by phone, text or email (your choice) with shipping details and tracking info.
