 1. Setting up the action in an action truing jig while a mandrel fitted into the action                     with bushings is indicated to within 0.0001" to determine true centerline of bolt                   raceway axis.
 2. Cut action face true with centerline of bolt raceway.
 3. Recut action threads 0.015" oversized on lathe with a single point cutter to                             guarantee concentric threads.
 4. Single point cut the integral lugs to true them within the action. 
 5. Open recoil lug up 0.015" to fit oversized threads on new barrel tenon.
 6. Cut 4 dovetailed slots in bolt and fit dovetailed bosses ( a benchrest method of                     sleeving a bolt attributed to Bill Leeper ) to act as elliptical sleeves.
